If you've been paying any amount of attention around the internet about Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), you've probably seen that there's two sides to the scene: one set of artists and creators who want absolutely nothing to do with them, and other creators and advocates who absolutely believe that the future is paved with the digital blockchain technologies.

Those technologies are buzzy at the moment: boiled down to is basics, they're a series of digital transactions that are part of a digital ledger, and are meant to be secure and anonymous. NFTs have become a big thing in the art world, with a work of art by Mike Winkelmann (known as Beeple) called "Everydays: The First 5000 Days" sold by Christie's for nearly $70 million a year ago. The scene has exploded in the year since.
