HBO Max greenlights Penguin-focused Batman series
A spinoff that expands the world of The Batman
The latest DC comics adaptation landed in theaters last week, The Batman, and with its release, Warner Bros. is working to expand the world beyond theaters. It's greenlit a new live-action tie-in series based on Colin Ferrell's The Penguin for its HBO Max streaming service.
