Dragon Con, the massive multimedia convention held annually in Atlanta, Georgia, has announced this year’s slate of finalists for its annual Dragon Awards.

The awards are a fan-driven affair: anyone can sign up to nominate and participate, regardless of whether or not you’re attending the convention.

The awards have been presented each year at Dragon Con since 2016, and honor works published in fifteen separate categories. Where other literary awards work off of a calendar year of releases, books, comics, films, games, and TV shows released between July 1st, 2020, and June 30th, 2021 are eligible for the Dragon Awards. Nominations were held up through July 19th of this year, after which, the convention organizers went and compiled the results.

To vote in the awards, you’ll need to sign up with your name and email over on the convention’s awards site. Ballots are handled via SurveyMonkey, and after signing up, the convention says they’ll send out new batches of nominees twice a week. Those who are already signed up should have received their ballot.
