Apple's Shining Girls looks like a creepy, time-traveling thriller

Apple has debuted a first look at its upcoming adaptation of Lauren Beukes' 2013 thriller The Shining Girls: a twisted thriller about a young woman who's trying to track down serial killer who's been killing women throughout time.

I remember reading the book after it came out in 2013, and it was one of those reads that I sat down to start, and ended up blowing through the entire thing in pretty much a single sitting. I can't find that I actually reviewed it anywhere, but it's been one of those books that's stuck with me ever since.
